- We advise participants to arrive on October 26 and we foresee the opening of the conference on Monday 27.
- The closing ceremony is scheduled on November 5 (depending on protocol issues)
- Included in the 2024 estimates presented (see “7 Figures”), accommodation costs for 11 nights would range between c.550 € (single occupancy, class A hotel) to c.125 € (sharing, budget hotel).
- Transportation fees during the congress will be provided by means of a global voucher including in town bus transfer (morning /evening) and at least 3 days outside Salatiga (e.g. to Sangiran and Yogyakarta).
- Most tours will be organized in reasonable group size (30 – 35).
- For private transportation it is recommended to download GRAB application (you can pay in cash or link your card to the app).
